Analýza podnikatelských aktivit v kavárnách města Uherské Hradiště

Abstract

The topic of my bachelor's work is the Analysis of Business Activities in Coffee Lounges in Uherske Hradiste

As the main aim I pointed out gathering of significant information about certain cafes I gained talking to the owners and enterpreneurs of the cafes and by analysing the questionaires I gave to the customers to fill out.

In the teoretical part I focus on gastronomy and hotel trade in general, the history and development of cafes, cultivation, processing and strains of coffee.

In the practical part I concentrate on the description of the cafes Jiné Café, Grand, Caffeteria and a questionaire I made out.
