The content of the diploma thesis ,,Multifunctional house in Zlín‟ is project documentation for the construction, according to announcement No. 499/2006 Coll. on construction documentation. The study of the multifunctional house was used as a basis for the elaboration of the diploma thesis. The diploma thesis is divided into text and drawing part. The diploma thesis also includes thermal technical assessment od peripheral structures, the energy label of the building envelope prepared in accordance with ČSN 730540-2 (2011) and the static calculation of a monolithic reinforced concrete die. It is a rectangular, four-storey, detached multifunctional house with a single-skin walkalbe roof designed as green with extensive greenery. The supporting structure concicsts of a monolithic reinforced concrete skeleton. The building is based on foundation belts and footers.
