Abstract

The thesis is divided into two major parts- theoretical, and practical. First part contains theory of whole diploma thesis, familiarization with basic terms relating to civil association and explains concept of non profit-making organizations and civil associations that this thesis will go through. Legal conditions for formation, functioning and expiration of civil associations, as well as other important terms and funding sources for civil associations are also detailed in this part. Practical part is dedicated to economy and analysis of funding opportunities of Civil Association APLA- Vysočina by Analysing factual cases of funding for Civil Association APLA - Vysočina. Conclusion of this thesis is dedicated to summarization and assessment of this thesis. Goal of this work is to create comprehensive view of issues arising from formation till expiration of civila associations, as well as to show possible funding sources for civil associations and to analyze factual funding for APLA-Vysočina association for years 2004-2009.
