Abstract

Analýza citlivosti vícekriteriálního hodnocení výběru financování investičních projektů Cílem diplomové práce je provést analýzu citlivosti vícekriteriálního hodnocení výběru financování investičního projektu společnosti Rapid, akciová společnost. Práce začíná kapitolou popisující teorii týkající se metod vícekriteriálního hodnocení investičních projektů. Následující kapitola se zaměřuje na popis možností financování investičních projektů. Poslední kapitola se zabývá vlastním vícekriteriálním hodnocením investičního projektu včetně analýzy citlivosti. Z výsledků práce vyplývá doporučení dvou variant, které splňují stanovené podmínky, jak preference společnosti, tak vyšší budoucí přínos v případě jejich realizace.

Sensitivity analysis of the multiple attribute decision making of investment project financing choice The aim of presented Diploma Thesis is to realize the sensitivity analysis of the multiple attribute decision making of investment project financing choice of the company Rapid, a. s. At the beginning Thesis describes theory of the multiple attribute decision making methods of investment projects. The next part focuses on possibilities characterization of investment project financing. The final part represents own multiple attribute decision making of investment project including sensitivity analysis. The results of Thesis declare two options recommendation that fulfil determined conditions as company preferences as higher future profit in case of their realization.
