Abstract

The goal of my bachelor thesis is to describe the options for improvement of the business actions of the actual company, that would prefer to break through in todays complicated situation in the area of renting non-residential premises and extra services. Thesis is divided into theoretical and practical parts. In the theooretical part of the thesis I focused on the theoretical basics of this theme and description of the NBC Office company. In practical part I compose strategic analysis based on 3 methods (Porter five factor analysis, PEST analysis and SWOT analysis), which served for specification of the market and which have been the basis for making of the business plan. Financial plan had been made in two variations due to the option of accepting or denying of the reconstruction of an old bank. Main points in the recommendations for realization of the business intention is to present potencial risks, methods how to get new customers and not to underestimate the competition.
