Územní studie lokality mezi ul. Polní a K Vápenici v obci Kozmice

Abstract

The topic of this thesis work is a territorial study of the locality between Polní and K Vápenici streets in the Kozmice municipality. This study contains description of wider references, analysis of current territory condition, the proposal of development, solution of technical infrastructure and traffic device.

For this work were proposed three variants of territory treatment. One of these has been selected and studied more detailed. The selected variant has been chosen for the regard of current development. Total number of proposed objects is comprised to 13 self-contained houses and one semi-detached house. Chosen solution has been disposed by reference financial calculation.
