Abstract
This bachelor's thesis deals with analyzing business processes in the field of procurement and their possibilities for improvement. The aim of the thesis is to theoretically define the given issue, analyze it in a specific company using two purchasing models and ABC analysis. Based on these initial data, recommendations for improvement are then derived, which are intended to bring savings in time, financial resources, and above all, identification with the effort to constantly improve, which are typical for approaches such as Kaizen and Just in Time.
