Abstract
The graduation thesis is aimed to one of the most important aspects of public sector, that is Fire Rescue Service of Czech Republic. The aim of the thesis is to evaluate the management of the Fire and Rescue Service Olomouc Region during the years 2009 - 2013 with a focus on extrabudgetary resources. The analytical part is dedicated to multi-source financing FRS Olomouc region, which should lead to improvement, acceleration and increase the efficiency of emergency response work in the field of fire protection. This section shows the possible extrabudgetary sources of financing and their budgetary impact FRS Olomouc Region and suggestions for other possible financial resources for Fire and Rescue Service Olomouc Region.
