Zhodnocení procesu získávání a výběru zaměstnanců ve vybrané společnosti

Abstract

This bachelor thesis is devoted to the topic of selection and recruitment of employees. The aim of this work is an evaluation of the process of recruiting and selecting employees in the selected company and based on these results, proposing recommendations for improving the current situation in the company. The bachelor thesis is divided into two main parts. The first part of the work is theoretical and methodological, which deals with the theoretical regulation of management, planning, acquisition and selection of human resources. There is also a method and methodology of processing the bachelor's thesis. The second part of the work is application-verification, where the theoretical basis for the practical part of this work is used. To evaluate the current system of selection and recruitment of employees in the company, the information obtained during interviews with selected employees was used and a questionnaire survey was conducted. At the end of the work are proposed recommendations for improving the current situation in company.
