Vyhodnocení ekonomické situace ve vybrané obchodní společnosti

Abstract

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá vyhodnocením ekonomické situace ve vybrané obchodní společnosti. Cílem práce je rozbor hodnotících kritérií, jednotlivých ukazatelů a metod ekonomické analýzy, a zhodnocení ekonomické situace Technických služeb Karviná, a. s., na základě provedení ekonomické analýzy, konkrétně PEST analýzy, modelu 4 C, finanční analýzy a SWOT analýzy. Pro zpracování diplomové práce bylo použito metod srovnání, analýzy a syntézy. Pomocí těchto metod bylo zjištěno, že Technické služby Karviná a. s. jsou finančně zdravý podnik, což znamená, že podnik je schopen v současném i v budoucím období dosahovat alespoň takové výše zhodnocení vloženého kapitálu, která je úměrná výši rizika daného oboru podnikání. Podnik by se mohl v budoucnosti zaměřit na rozšíření působnosti do dalších území, případně na rozšíření nabídky poskytovaných služeb.
