Abstract

The main idea was to find solutions to urban and social network Klimkovice and blend several functions at the same time so that the harmonious and proper land use for housing, social relations, education, sport and recreation with Vola landscape. The area is designed as a comprehensive set of buildings in which the predominant function of housing, in the form of houses (22 of 2.NP RD), a purpose-built facilities for social and societal functions. These special purpose of installations located in the immediate vicinity of the housing connected to the existing primary school. Among the specialized facilities include the Daily center for preschool children (capacity 3 classes according to age for 18 children each), a club for young people with part scout, which is separate and suitably located to a nearby pond (pond Tisův) and newly designed park. The area also counts with developing guidelines for a possible next phase of development and integration into the urban fabric of the city as well as its network.
