Abstract

Thesis supervisor doc. Ing. arch. Eva Špačková, Ph.D. The subject of this bachelor's thesis is the elaboration of partial project documentation for the construction of a family terraced house in the city of Karviná on Makarenkova Street. The initial materials and resources for the elaboration of this bachelor's thesis were taken from an architectural study prepared within the subject Ateliérová tvorba I. from the academic year 2018/2019, which was developed in more detail and solved in the subject Ateliérová tvorba Va from the academic year 2021/2022 into o the documentation for building permission. The work consists of two parts: text and drawing. The text part contains an accompanying and summary technical report. The drawing part contains project documentation for the construction and is supplemented by a specialization with a focus on architectural detail. The content of both parts is processed to the extent and according to the conditions of the bachelor's thesis assignment and according to the valid wording of standards, decrees and laws.
