Abstract
This graduation theses discourses about optimalization of the production process in the zinc coating in the company OSTROJ a.s.
The graduation theses solves current situation in the manufacturing process of the zinc coating and consequently describes the optimalization of the process.
By the application of the work´s conclusions is possible to reduce tact of the production line, increase capacity and achieve incereased sales.
