Abstract

The Aim of this bachelor thesis is to analyze the Position of the Churches and religious communities in the State. The first part begins by describing the confessional, canon and canonical law and funding of churches and religion communities from the state budget. Subsequently nubble of the new law officer the restitution of church and impact on the activities of churches and religious communities in the State are outlined. Next topic is the Roman Catholic church. The specified distribution, responsibilities and financing of the whole Church are also mentioned. A substantial part of the Work consists of obtaining grants from the European program of ROP NUTS Moravian-Silesian. For more insight into the matter the development of necessary documents and realization of the Center of Leisure Activities is also included The conclusion summarises the overall assessment of the benefits of European subsidies for churches and religious communities.
