Abstract

Pedmtem této diplomové práce bylo vypracování realizaní dokumentace menšího polyfunkčního domu s byty a službami. Tuto diplomovou práci tvoří tyto základních částí : Návrh technologického postupu provádění dvouplášťové ploché střechy tohoto bytového domu s alternativním řešením jednoplášťové ploché střechy, včetně jejich vzájemného porovnání. Stavební výkresy pro realizaci stavby, tepelné technické posouzení konstrukcí budovy, řešení zásad organizace výstavby, časový plán výstavby včetně rozpočtu stavby. Cílem autora bylo vytvořit návrh ideální stavby pro bydlení v rámci běžných technologií

The purpose of this study was to develop the necessary technical documentation of the smaller multifunctional building with the areas for apartments and public services. This thesis consists of the three essential parts: the architectural design of the Ttechnological process of the two-ply flat roof of this resindetial house, the single-ply flat roof alternative, and the detalled comparison of both variants. The architectonical drawings for a building construction, the examination of the thermal performance of the building, principles of the otganisation and construction problem solving, time oriented scheduling of the construction and development of the budget. The aim of the author was to design an ideal residential building within the frame of the current technology
