Abstract

VŠB – Technical University of Ostrava, Faculty of Economics, Department of Public Economics First name and surname: Ivana Gáborová Title of thesis: Material and technical support in the organization of public administration The bachelor thesis is focusing on material and technical support in public administration. The main aim is to analyse current level of material and technical support in the Regional Council of the Moravia Silesia Cohesion Region and to suggest how to use resources to this support more effectively. The thesis is diveded into three parts. The first informs about accession of the Czech Republic to the European Union and also about origin and development of regional operational programmes. The second part describes the foundation of the Regional Council of the Moravia Silesia Cohesion Region. Finally in the third part, use of the material and technical support in practice in the Regional Council is analysed. There is also its comparison with the situation in the Regional Council of the Central Moravia Cohesion Region. At the end of the thesis there are results of analysis, suggestions and recommendations on more efficient use of resources to material and technical support
