Abstract
This Bachelor thesis deals with designing and realization a base station for collecting and processing data from wireless sensor nodes of safety applications. This thesis is divided to two parts. The first part defines basic concepts, a brief theory of wireless sensor networks and their applications. The Second part focuses on the choice of technical solutions, realization and testing.
