Abstract
Investment management process and normal management process has currently established a unified conceptual approach. Failure to methodical management of related activities has resulted in fruitless expenditure of time and financial resources.
Given the very extensive and broad issues of general investment process is the dissertation focuses primarily on asset replacement building character, investment management, administration and routine maintenance. All management methods using the facility management in industrial plants, design, procurement and implementation phase with electronic applications (ICT) tools.
The main objective of this work is to propose a new practice in the workflow that will allow the project management process a high amount of investment in asset replacement building character, without having a direct linear impact on human resources and management structure. Proposed new procedure will be prepared in terms of private and public processes.
One of the major outputs of the work is to develop a completely new module "AUCTION", which was directly caused during the measurements and used to reduce the investment process in the tender phase. The development of an innovative module was created, implemented, tested and used in practice according to the assignment processor dissertation.
Workflows dissertation based on empirical and logical methods. In particular, the emphasis is on defining the input influences the investment process, observation of reality, to draw general procedures and formulation of hypotheses. On this basis, formulated new principles of testing and evaluation of proven experience in practice.
Recommendation for future research is to use the work as an important basic for preparing the general methodology of investment management processes. What to involve the ICT tools in the management of facility management. Another recommendation for research is a process applied in public administration and to verify in practice at local, regional and central level. Final recommendation for the further development of this discipline is to focus on research specific financial savings. And not just in the process of investment (public and private administration), but for routine administration and maintenance, incl. associated overhead and operational savings.
