Strategický plán renovace vybraného stavebního objektu

Abstract

Diplomová práce je ukázkou strategického plánu renovace konkrétního stavebního objektu. Jedná se o bytový dům a renovace je zaměřena na investici do zlepšení a zkvalitnění podmínek pro život obyvatel tohoto domu. Renovací se odstraňují stále častější závady a zároveň se jedná o investici do úspor energií. Šetřit energiemi je trend této doby a nejde jen o úsporu finanční, ale i o šetření životního prostředí. V této diplomové práci jsem definoval možnosti renovace a navrhl řešení rekonstrukce vybraného stavebního objektu.

Diploma thesis is an example of a strategic plan for the specific building renovation. It is a residential building and renovation is focused on investments in enhancing and improving the living conditions of the inhabitants. Renovation solves frequent defects and at the same time constitutes an investment into energy savings. Energy saving is the trend of these times and it is not only about the financial savings, but also the environment savings. In this diploma thesis, I defined the renovation options and suggested reconstruction solutions for the selected building.
