Abstract

Bachelor thesis is focused to access to the information of planning documentation. It describes the legal environment related to the issue of providing information. Aim of this work is the analysis of the regional emergency plan, external emergency plan and regional critical plan in accordance of their legal structure. Outcome of this work is a recommendation which information from the planning documentation shouldn’t be provide for request.
