Návrh HRSG kotle a materiálově-technologické řešení jeho komponent

Abstract

This master’s thesis is focused on Heat Recovery Steam Generator (HRSG) boilers. The opening section provides an overview of the combined cycle, describing its main components and the role of the HRSG within the system. The subsequent chapter examines the materials commonly used in HRSG construction, highlighting the key factors influencing material selection, outlining the primary degradation mechanisms, their manifestations, and the necessary mitigation strategies. The core of the thesis comprises the thermal calculation of the HRSG, with results including the determination of temperatures and enthalpies at the boundaries of each heat exchange section, as well as the amount of heat transferred within these sections. The following part addresses the design of the heat transfer surfaces, including dimensional analysis and the selection of appropriate heat exchange tubes. The thesis concludes with a schematic representation of the boiler, featuring a description of the proposed sections and their configuration.
