Změna podmínek požární bezpečnosti objektů připojením na PCO HZS kraje

Abstract

Cílem práce je poukázat na výhodnost připojení objektů na pult centralizované ochrany HZS kraje. První část statisticky vyhodnocuje a analyzuje objekty připojené na pult centralizované ochrany, počet výjezdů k planým poplachům a k poţárům. Druhá část práce se zabývá hodnocením poţární bezpečnosti objektů a popisem vzájemných vazeb funkcí poţárně bezpečnostních zařízení na potlačení poţáru. Třetí část je věnována podmínkám připojení objektů na pult centralizované ochrany. V závěru části je provedeno srovnání zásahu jednotek poţární ochrany při poţáru u objektů s trvalou obsluhou as připojením na PCO.

The aim is to demonstrate the advantages of connecting the buildings (fire protection facilites) directly to the FRS alarm receiving centre. The first part evaluates and statistic ally analyses buildings connected to the alarm receiving centre and evaluates the number of call - outs to fires and false alarms. The second part examines fire safety of buildings and describes the fictioning of inter linked fire safety and suppression equipment. The third part discusses the require ment so fabuildings fire protection system for it to be connected to th alarm receiving centre. The end of the third part compares the FRS intervention required in a fire, in the cases where the building is manned and then the building is directly connected to the FRS alarm receiving centre.
