Abstract
The topic of my bacholor thesis is the analysis of competition on the fitness center market using the mystery shopping method. The chosen subjects were six fitness centers located in Ostrava. The thesis has theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part presents findings connected to the history of fitness, the characteristics of chosen subjects and the macroenvironment. The practical part is dealing with the analysis of the six chosen fitness centers and an evaluation of the results.
