Abstract

It is an object of 80 years of the last century brick structure with two floors, facing the house where it is incorporated into the slope. The aim of this work is to create documentation for reconstruction in that the energy intensity of a house close as possible to the standard passive. The documentation is divided into basic components that define the status of existing and newly proposed state. The project is part of the technology, which solves the problem of thermo ventilation of the house, but mainly for the installation of controlled ventilation with heat-recovery.
