Abstract

This thesis deals with land use Small Meadow in Znojmo, which is unused Brownfield Army in territorial scope of the study. The proposed alternative solutions are focused on applications for housing with mixed commercial operation which corresponds to a valid zoning plan of the town of Znojmo. In the beginning of my work I summarize some of the theoretical background to address Brownfields and mention the possible cases to deal with this question, and where to get the funds to make such an investment. This work is in addition to the actual variant urban design deals with the solution of green transport and technical infrastructure of the area, while respecting the limits arising from it and the investor's requirements. Into the existing unit has been established so that both opened and revitalized area from other parts of the city and it has been sufficiently shielded from the industrial operation, which adjoins the site.
