Abstract
This bachelor's thesis deals with the topic of competition in the magnets market. The aim of the thesis is to analyse the position and competitiveness of Feromagnet, s.r.o. company on this market. The evaluation is based on a SWOT Analysis, The Porter's Analysis, The McKinsey 7S Model and a comparison of economic indicators. The research detected that, there is not a very strong competition in the magnets market. Nevertheless, at the end of this thesis are formulated specific recommendations which can help the scrutinised company to strengthen their position in the magnets market.
