Abstract

This thesis deals with valuation of the business company. The goal is to determine value using several different methods. Final recommendations created as consensus of calculated results so that the company is given the most accurate output, based on which would be reconsidering its actions in the future so that its value could be preserved or increased even more. The basis for the actual valuation results are strategic and financial analysis, which complete the findings of the valuation.
