Abstract

The thesis is focused on the economic evaluation of the effectiveness of insulation of the building owned by educational institute and school canteen in Psov. The theoretical part describes the building and explains the basic concepts of investment and the evaluation of investment methods. The practical part of the thesis sets capital expenditures for building insulation, estimates future cash receipts from the investments and evaluate the effectiveness of investment in insulation using selected methods.
