Rozbor spokojenosti zaměstnanců v obchodním podniku

Abstract

Bachelor thesis is centred on ,,Analysis of the working satisfaction in a trading company Jednota". The theoretical part of this work is to prepare the theoretical knowledge in the field of the employee motivation and satisfaction and provide a theoretical base for the practical treatment. The aim of the practical work is an analysis focused on the current state of employee satisfaction in the company Jednota. The analysis is used a method of questionnaire survey. Part of the thesis is also suggestions and recommendations to improve the satisfaction of current employees in the company Jednota.
