Abstract
This bachelor thesis analyzes the options of appreciation of investor funds. The first part deals with the theoretical definition of terms such as investor, investments, investment process etc. And also the characteristics evaluation methods of investment. In the second part, evaluated the proposed portfolio according to the selected evaluation methods.
