Laboratorní úloha pro ověření vlastností senzorů cyklickou voltametrií

Abstract

The bachelor thesis deals with the design of a laboratory task using the method of cyclic voltammetry. In the theoretical part, a research focused on voltammetric and amperometric measurement methods with emphasis on the cyclic voltammetry method was carried out. Based on the literature search, a cyclic voltammetry methodology using a flow cell was proposed. The methodology was validated on two types of selected commercial sensors from BVT Technologies. The effect of selected parameters on their electrochemical response was tested on these sensors. The influence of the cleaning method of the sensors was also tested. Based on the experiments performed, a laboratory problem was set up and tested, which will be used to facilitate students' understanding of cyclic voltammetry.
