Strukturní analýza squashových raket z kompozitních materiálů

Abstract

V práci jsou postupně charakterizovány kompozitní materiály, jejich dělení a specifikace. Podrobněji jsou rozebrány vláknové kompozity, které jsou materiálem pro výrobu sportovního náčiní, mimo jiné i squashových raket. V praktické části je analyzována mikrostruktura rámu squashových raket, tj. uspořádání vláken a matrice a charakter ochranného povlaku. Při tomto testování bylo cílem zjistit, zda složení odpovídá předpokladům, popř. jak se toto složení a uspořádání podílí na vlastnostech celkového výrobku. Pro zjištění dalších vlastností byla provedena na vzorcích ohybová zkouška.

Composite materials, their distribution and specifications are progressively characterized in this work. Fiber composites, which are materials for the production of sports equipment, including squash rackets, are discussed in more detail. Microstructure of squash rackets frame, ie. the arrangement of fibers and matrices and the character of the protective coating, is analysed in the practical part. During this testing was to determine whether the composition corresponds to the assumptions or how this composition and arrangement contributes to the overall product characteristics. To determine other properties was made bending test.
