Gammaspektrometrické měření na polymetaliclém ložisku Zlaté Hory-Západ

Abstract

The bachelor’s thesis is focused on mine gamma-spectrometric survey carried out on the 3rd exploration level of the Mír adit in Zlaté Hory-west polymetallic ore deposit area. The aim of the thesis was to evaluate the distribution of U, Th, and K based on measurements performed using the GT-32 gamma spectrometer, to correlate the obtained data with archived ore-grade records, and to confront the results with the findings of other authors and their theories on the origin of the enrichment. A total of 87 points were measured in three drifts. The thesis contributes to the assessment of the potential use of gamma spectrometric surveys in the prospection of ore mineralization and the geological setting in the area of interest.
