Technicko-ekonomické aspekty revitalizace vybraných brownfiels

Abstract

The goal of the submitted thesis are technical and economic aspects of the revitalization of brownfields. After finding out the state of the individual brownfields, it was decided for the first brownfield to be revitalized and for the second one to be demolished. In both cases the costs for revitalization and demolition are evaluated. Methods of investment evaluation were used for the first object.
