Motivace zaměstnanců

Abstract

This thesis deals with the motivation of the District Court employees in Novy Jicin. The main objective of this work was to identify and analyse employees‘ relations, methods of employees‘ evaluation and factors influencing the atmosphere in the workplace. Another objective was to determine employees‘ interest and satisfaction with benefits offered by employer. This work is divided into several parts. Introductory part describes objectives of the work. Theoretical issues relating to motivation were developed and defined based on a academic literature. Theoretical part is followed by practical part. In this part the organization is introduced and with comparison of theoretical concepts and discovered state, the analysis of selected motivation factors is executed. Based on the analysis the questionnaire was drawn up to deal with the issues, its evaluation follows in next part. The survey results were the basis for proposed actions to correct the deficiencies, especially unsatisfactory use of work evaluation as a motivational tool. The last chapter of this work is a conclusion.
