Územní studie přestavby lokality „Folvark“ v Třinci

Abstract

This Diploma Thesis proposal addresses the reconstruction of the existing non-conforming residential complex Folvark in Třinec. The area is designed housing in residential buildings starter type and type of additional amenities catering facilities. Urban design contains two variants of solution development. Based on the evaluation of both options is selected, one that is further elaborated in terms of solving static and dynamic transport links to technical infrastructure and design of public space. The work also typological design of a selected object and casting the chosen variant. The diploma thesis is a study in form of land within 57 side.
