Abstract

The thesis is about turnover analysis in a manufacturing plant. Firstly, the theoretic part of turnover is introduced including the definition of turnover, its causes, advantages and disadvantages or how to count the turnover ratio. Then the Koito Czech s.r.o. company is introduced and the turnover analysis system is described. The main part contains the data analysis relating to employees turnover ratio and withdrawals analysis from different point of views including their reasons. Subsequently, the thesis part is dedicated to the possible countermeasures that could help with preparation and implementation of goal-directed programme for turnover ratio improvement in Koito Czech s.r.o. company supported by the top management.
