Abstract
The thesis focuses on Risk Groups in the Labour Market of Ostrava. It characterizes problems of risk groups which are the reason these groups suffer long-term unemployment. On the basis of risk groups in the labour market of Ostrava analysis the thesis suggests the specific instruments which help to eliminate many problems of these groups to find their jobs in the labour market.
