Abstract

: Application of a Process Approach for Core Processes This bachelor thesis is focused on the process approach application in the company EVRAZ VÍTKOVICE STEEL, a. s. In the theoretical part of the thesis is the presentation of this company and the explanation of the process approach problems. The process approach management develops and optimizes the organization´s operations so that the organization effectively, efficiently and more economicaly responds to the customer´s requirements in a way that defines the workflow as a coherent sequence of the actions across the organization. The practical part occurs the analysis of the core processes description and the actual process approach application on this core processes. In conclusion (in the end) of the thesis are introduced all important knowledges and the final evaluation. The aim of this bachelor thesis is to clarify the process approach problems in the company EVRAZ VÍTKOVICE STEEL, a. s.
