Ochrana hospodářské soutěže na trhu výrobků a služeb

Abstract

The goal of this bachelor thesis is an evaluation of current legal regulations of protection of economic competition, which is in the Czech Republic performed by Act No.143/2001 Coll., on the Protection of Economic Competition, as subsequently amended. In second chapter, firstly the basic concepts from the field of economic competition and its protection are explained; next there are identified anticompetitive actions, which can distort the competition, namely agreements distorting competition, abuse of dominance and mergers between competitors. In the third chapter an analysis of reasons and effects of these anticompetitive actions is performed. Fourth chapter is then devoted to analysis of Act on the Protection of Economic Competition and its evaluation. Thesis is supplemented by references to appropriate Community legal regulations of competition.
