Motivace zaměstnanců v organizaci

Abstract

The bachelor dissertation deals with motivation of workers and especially in business banks. The goal of the bachelor dissertation is to suggest and concretize measurements which contribute to more effective motivated environments and create the conditions for workers to be willing and able to improve their working performance. The bachelor dissertation is composed of two basic parts. First part is a theoretical which is specially explanation about concepts such as motivation, motive or stimulation and stimuli. Furthermore, it’s explanation about motivated process, theory of motivation and system of wages. There is lack of job satisfaction, neither nor perks, any policy of promoting employees to develop and educate. The last part is a theory focusing on methodology and especially on hypothesis, questionnaire and collection of secondary data. In the practical part there is a presentation of business bank. Here it’s description about current presentation of bank and its organization structure in market. Diagnosis of impending situation is performed according to the basis of study and then there are proposals and recommendation to improve. The part of bachelor dissertation is also an organization structure and questionnaire which is submitted in the insertion of the work.
