Abstract

This diploma thesis describes the realization of the mobile test device of modern headlamps, manufactured by company Varroc Lighting Systems Ltd. Since modern headlamps include complex electronics for control of LED modules, and mechatronic systems with communication on bus, it is very difficult to make quick analysis of headlamp from electronic perspective, using simple measuring device such as a multimeter. Therefore, the company Varroc Lighting Systems Ltd. began need to create a portable testing device which will have an interface for measuring headlamp function, as analog and also for bus systems. This thesis contain the conceptual design of the device and the final realization.
