Abstract

This bachelor’s thesis focuses on the rights and responsibilities of employees of local governments and state employees who provide administrative activities for 2015. This assessment is based on the relevant legislation that applies to those employees. To assess the rights and duties were initially used descriptive analysis of the initial sources, which is detailed in the second and third chapters. In the last section of this chapter is to exploit the comparative analysis of the terms of his employment, selected rights and obligations, remuneration and training.
