Ověření technologií lepení pro hliníkové slitiny

Abstract

This bachelor's thesis verifies gluing technologies for aluminum alloys. Surfaces are adjusted and surface properties are documented, such as wettability and roughness. Bonds with two types of adhesives: 3M-460 and SPT. It also deals with the methodology for testing bonded aluminum joints. We test tensile tests in shear and normal tension on ZD 10/90 100kN. We study surface morphology of individual surface treatments. At the end of the thesis are summarized the results achieved and proposals for further research.
