Analýza cirkadiálních rytmů v aplikacích vzdálené domácí péče

Abstract

Předkládaná disertační práce se zabývá metodikou vyhodnocení cirkadiálních rytmů osob monitorovaných systémem vzdálené domácí péče. V práci je uvedena rešerše stávajících řešení systémů vzdálené domácí péče, na základě níž jsou definovány požadavky zjištění cirkadiálních rytmů. Dále je v práci uvedena vlastní navržená metodika technického řešení monitorování pozice osoby v bytě, která poskytuje základní informace pro konstrukci cirkadiálních rytmů a jejich vyhodnocení. Práce se současně zabývá způsobem interpretace cirkadiálního rytmu tak, aby jej bylo možno efektivně diagnostikovat. V práci je odvozen a prezentován vlastní návrh interpretace cirkadiálního rytmu. Poslední část práce se zabývá metodikou vyhodnocení odchylek cirkadiálního rytmu. V práci je popsána navržená vlastní metodika vyhodnocení založená na fuzzy logice. Jsou definovány všechny součásti fuzzy modelu a je ověřena jeho funkčnost a možnost aplikace pro vyhodnocení cirkadiálního rytmu.

The thesis deals about the methodology of the evaluation of circadian rhythms of persons monitored by the remote home care. There are presented existing solutions of systems of remote home care. After that the requirements for new solution are defined to determine circadian rhythms. The thesis are based on own methodology for technical solution for monitoring the position of the person in the apartment, which provides basic information for the design of circadian rhythms and their evaluation. The work also deals about possibilities of circadian rhythm interpretation and own system of interpretation is proposed. The last section of thesis deals with methodology of evaluation of deviations of circadian rhythm. The thesis describes an own new methodology for detection of changes in circadian rhythm based on fuzzy logic. They are defined as all components of the fuzzy model and checked for functionality and the ability to evaluate applications circadian rhythm.
