Analýza a zhodnocení poskytování zaměstnaneckých benefitů ve vybrané obchodní společnosti

Abstract

The topic of the thesis is employee benefits in the business company. The objective of the thesis is to describe the benefits as motivational tools and to define the accounting and tax impacts on the provision of selected benefits. The main contribution of this work is the results of a questionnaire survey on a sample of one company engaged in providing IT services. The thesis is divided into the theoretical part, which describes the importance of benefits, the most common forms with a focus on modern benefits and information from research on the benefits. The practical part is focused on the specific impacts of providing selected benefits and survey. The final chapter contains the results of the work and also the recommendations from the questionnaire survey.
