Možnosti technické a technologické modernizace korečkového rypadla

Abstract

In this work I am concerning with the possibility of a technical modernising and technological setting of bucket-wheel excavator RK 5000.0, which is in its sort the only existing bucket-wheel excavator for soft-coal openwork mining. The wide range of problems of this excavator have been existing since the first setting and that is why the bucket-wheel excavator has been during the years reconstructed, and that have flown into many modernisations of this subject. The original design according to the technical documentation for stripping cuts in hard cutting areas and with a view to an old mining works was not sufficient and during the operating there were some inadequacies that have been solved during operating in sequence. In gradual development was interested in the first place the producer – the company „Prodeco, Inc.“, as well as „Krušnohorské strojírny, Inc. Most – Komořany“.
