Analýza procesu řízení sběru požadavků interních zákazníků na nákup v prostředí SAP R3 v TŽ, a.s.

Abstract

Requirements for the purchasing are an integral part of any organization or company and may affect not only the production process and its final quality, but the total costs and competitiveness. The aim of this thesis is the analysis of data collection requirements from internal customers for the purchasing, refining the procedure of whole process, and the proposition for remedial measures to reduce unnecessary additional costs in the process of purchasing. Theoretical aspects regarding the requirements of internal customers in connection with process management are given in the first part. The second part is devoted to analysis of above mentioned issue, methods and procedures of the collection requirements and third, the final part focuses on the evaluation and remedial measures to improve the collection requirement process of internal customers for the purchasing in SAP R / 3 enviroment.
