Strategická analýza konkurenceschopnosti společnosti Elspol, spol. s r.o.

Abstract

In my diploma I manager to process strategic analysis of competitiveness company ELSPOL, spol.s r.o.which is significant representative of mid and small entrepreneurship in local region. The opening theoretical part is focused on problematic familiarization, terminology and specification of major methods used in competitiveness strategic analysis. The practical sekond part is focused on introduction and familiarization with economical results of analyse copany. Farther away in this part I am applying specific PEST, SWOT and BCG analysis. Results will be commented and evaluated. Coming out from my results I will prepare and determine specific steps to increase competitiveness of the company.
