Abstract
The content of this bachelor thesis is to propose a design of low-energy house and the development of technological process for the realization of the ceiling above the first floors. The project is a technical report for the construction part, itemized budget the ceiling above the first first floor, schedule of work for the ceiling above the first floor above a heating technology assessment structures.
The proposed house has two floors, partial basement with a flat roof. The ground plan is irregular in shape, measuring 12,82 x 10,13 m, its layout meet demands of a 3 - 4 member families.
